01Robot product and control engineer
Implement robot products and systems for motion learning, control, and validation. We seek engineers who want to test motions in simulation and on real robots, and improve our products and learning technologies.
Experience and skills
- Python development experience, such as APIs, data processing, or automation
- Experience taking rapid initial validation through to improvements
- Willingness to test on real robots and at work sites
Working conditions
- Commitment: At least three days per week
- Engagement: Flexible arrangements, including side work, contracts, and full-time employment
- Compensation: Discussed based on experience and skills
- Work location: Primarily on site, with remote work as needed
02Simulation and data engineer (Isaac Sim / VLA)
Develop training and evaluation data and validation systems that help robots learn tasks. Work includes robot and sensor modeling, scene building, domain randomization, synthetic data generation, and label and evaluation metric design using tools such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim. Compare simulation data with real-robot logs, video, and sensor data to improve learning methods and data. The role also covers data design, selection, cleaning, and evaluation scenarios for VLA models, which generate actions from vision and language.
Experience and skills
- Python implementation experience in data processing and machine learning
- Validation or development experience with simulators or 3D tools such as Isaac Sim
- Experience in evaluation design, including metrics, reproducibility, and failure analysis, or data quality improvement
- Experience implementing or operating VLA models, imitation learning, or LeRobot is a plus
Working conditions
- Commitment: At least three days per week
- Engagement: Flexible arrangements, including side work, contracts, and full-time employment
- Compensation: Discussed based on experience and skills
- Work location: Remote work available, with site visits as needed
03Site operations and project management
